A bold expression of modern elegance, Mellow Drama is a Los Angeles home designed for a creative couple who craved both edge and intimacy. Deep hues, sculptural furnishings, and layered textures create a cinematic mood that balances sophistication with comfort. Every element was curated to reflect their lifestyle — from the statement lighting to the custom millwork. As a luxury interior designer in Los Angeles, my role was to bring drama without sacrificing warmth, blending high-design moments with lived-in ease. The result is a home that feels expressive, grounded, and unapologetically personal.

We preserved this historic Dublin landmark while showcasing modern Irish creators from our studio's "Irish Collection." By translating our vision effectively to the clients, we earned the opportunity to advocate for local artistry in this famous setting. Our commitment to the original structure made this project a celebrated example of Irish craftsmanship and resource efficiency in 2017. Working within tight constraints, we integrated sophistication and flair, setting the foundation for our next two decades of distinguished work.

LIVING ROOM

Perched in the mountains above Los Angeles, this weekend retreat was conceived as a restorative haven. Every detail — from the custom wraparound wallpaper to the handcrafted finishes — was chosen to evoke stillness, comfort, and connection to nature. We used natural stone, soft textiles, and warm wood tones to ground the interiors, while ensuring the design stayed elevated and serene. Designed as both a family escape and a space for hosting, this luxury lake house reflects the belief that true comfort lies in thoughtful, intuitive design.
